At Luxe And Love Travel, I charge a fee so I can dedicate my full attention to crafting personalized itineraries, offering seamless support, and being available when you need me—even during your trip. It ensures that every client gets the thoughtful, elevated experience they deserve—from first hello to wheels up (and beyond). I believe my clients deserve nothing less than expert guidance—and that means constantly investing in my own growth. Each year, I take part in specialized trainings, attend industry events, and travel in person to top destinations so I can experience them firsthand. Vacation Planning Fee Structure

At Luxe And Love Travel, every traveler receives thoughtful assistance, detailed planning, and personalized support at every stage. Fees are determined by the unique complexity and logistics of each journey—so your rate matches your itinerary, not the level of care you receive.

Comprehensive Travel Management
For multi-destination journeys, European trips, or group travel with more than six guests—including flights, hotels, transportation, and all activities.
Investment begins at $300, based on trip details and group size.

Classic Planning
For single-destination vacations, such as beach resorts in Mexico or the Caribbean, with straightforward logistics and full itinerary guidance.
Investment begins at $200, based on itinerary.

Essential Planning
For simple arrangements like air-only bookings, many cruises, or basic travel plans.
Investment begins at $150, based on the type of booking or number of travelers.

Extended Journeys (14+ Days)

For trips over two weeks in length, with multiple destinations or complex logistics.
Investment begins at $500, based on the type of booking or number of travelers.
